Bureaus:

All market research bureaus come under this heading.

The Bureaus section has two departments:

• BKB Small Bureaus Industry Group
• RKG Research Hallmark Group

Clients:

The clients contract out work to the bureaus.

Suppliers:

Suppliers are companies which offer products and services to bureaus or clients. In this connection, think of the programming of web-surveys or the provision of panel members.

Recruitment bureaus:

Recruitment bureaus are companies which specialize in the composition of relevant target-group recruitments; they recruit respondents for various sorts of qualitative and quantitative studies.
