Contribution structure of MarktOnderzoekAssociatie as of 2008

The membership of the MOA consists of an obligatory company membership, to which are linked one or more personal memberships. In addition, the MOA applies surcharges for the different sections. Only for the special members group is a divergent structure applicable.

The MOA has four sections and a group of special members:

• the Clients section within the market research sphere
• the Research Bureaus section
• the Suppliers for market research section
• the Recruitment Bureaus (for recruitment of respondents) section
• special members

1. Contribution structure, Clients section

For the Clients section, the contribution structure below is applicable for 2008:

• Company membership € 372.-
• Personal membership € 52.--

2. Contribution structure Research Bureaus section

For the Research Bureaus section, the contribution structure below is applicable for 2008:

• Company membership € 372.--
• Personal membership € 52.--

In addition, a number of surcharges are applicable to this section:

A. Surcharge on basis of number of FTEs (all employees on the payroll)

B. Surcharge VNO-NCW / AWVN / PZO.

This is calculated on the basis of the number of FTEs.

For 2008, this surcharge has been set at € 19 per FTE.

C. Hallmark Bureaus surcharge: This surcharge applies only to the bureaus which are members of the Hallmark Group, and is determined on the basis of the number of FTEs.

Surcharge for membership of the Research Hallmark Group per year:

• for an RKG bureau with fewer than 10 FTEs: € 1575.--
• for an RKG bureau with more than 10 FTEs: € 2350.--
• applicable to all RKG bureaus is a surcharge for the ISO verification document: € 295
• applicable to all RKG bureaus is a turnover registration surcharge of € 320.--

3. Contribution structure, Suppliers section

For the Suppliers section, the contribution structure below is applicable for 2008:

• Company membership € 372.--
• Personal membership € 52.--

For the Suppliers section, a surcharge is applicable. For 2008, it amounts to € 774.—

4. Contribution structure, Recruitment Bureaus section

For the Recruitment Bureaus section, the contribution structure below is applicable for 2008:

• Company membership € 191.--
• Personal membership € 52.--

5. Contributions, special members and students

The level of the contribution for the special members for 2008 has been set at € 150.—

For students, the cost of membership amounts to € 25.—

The following are eligible for special membership:

• persons working in education
• persons working in companies established abroad
• persons who have withdrawn from the professional sphere of market research.
